Filtering Workflows: The Top 4

This is a workflow guide to some of the most widely used sets of filters on Velma and how to personalize them to your specific use-cases. Refer to this guide for a detailed explanation of how to use and save filters. The rest of this page focuses on helping you organize your workflows and assumes that you already know the basics of how to use filters. Once you get these views set up, we recommend saving them with a clearly distinguishable name into your Saved Filters so you can quickly access them in the future.

Below are the most common workflows across teams and companies. You can also mix and match them to be as specific as possible about what you need. For example, you can set it up to see both 2, 3, and 4. This would allow you to see anything that may be "At Risk" or "Off Track" for all projects relevant to you.

  1. All projects that are currently being worked on across all teams
  2. All work that I'm a part of / pertains to me
  3. Reported by my team: all work that is "At Risk" or "Off Track"
  4. Velma Insights: work flagged as "At Risk" or "Off Track"
